CIQTEK scanning nitrogen-vacancy microscope (SNVM) is an advanced scientific analytical instrument that combines diamond nitrogen-vacancy optical detection magnetic resonance (ODMR) technology and scanning atomic force microscope (AFM) technology, which can realize quantitative and non-destructive magnetic imaging of magnetic samples with high spatial resolution and high sensitivity. There are two versions: environmental version and cryogenic version
