A wide-range infrared microscope for studying heterogeneous samples with a size of 10 microns.

Expands the capabilities of the FT-801/803/805 Fourier transform spectrometers to capture photometric images of localized micro-areas of arbitrary shape.
Real-time spectral acquisition from the sample surface with simultaneous visual inspection.
Monitor spectral acquisition processes and identify informative areas using the built-in control panel.
Additional cooled, highly sensitive photodiode detector.
Transmission and specular reflection modes,
and (upon request) attenuated total internal reflection (ATIR) (germanium element).
