The Simex FT-805 Fourier transform spectrometer features a heated gas cuvette, a temperature controller (heating the working chamber to 200°C), and a software communication unit (SCU) for real-time gas mixture composition analysis. An external uncooled pyroelectric detector is used. Analysis data is saved to a text file or can be displayed on the screen for continuous monitoring.
Flue gas samples are analyzed simultaneously across the entire molecular vibration range of most industrial emissions components, allowing for the measurement of any desired gas set, with customization possible solely through software, without modifying the analyzer's design. The gas analyzer can operate in either flow-through or periodic filling mode. The analyzer's measurement ranges depend on the length of the gas cuvette. Gases analyzed: CO, NO, NO₂, SO₂, NH₃, HF, HCl, CO₂.
