Semi-automatic sampling system INERT acid resistant HF (hydrofluoric acid) Spectromart SM-48
The SM-48 semi-automatic sampling system was developed by the Spectromart Design Bureau and is manufactured by Spectromart at its own facilities.
This system was developed as a domestic analogue of foreign sampling systems. The SM-48 autosampler manufactured by Spectromart is fully adaptable to any foreign instruments manufactured by Agilent Technologies, Thermo, Perkin Elmer, Analytic Jena and others.
The system is designed to hold 40 x 15 ml tubes and 8 x 50 ml tubes. There is also an installation place for the flushing solution.
The SM-48 sample injection system allows you to control the operation of the spectrometer from a computer using only the mouse, without excluding the operator from the measurement process, which is really important for critical analyzes, such as: determination of precious metals in geological samples, analysis of environmental samples of soils and surface waters, samples oil products.
A big plus of the system is the ease of management and constant monitoring by the operator. Often, many analytical chemists prefer not to use expensive foreign-made autosamplers, since constant monitoring during analysis avoids many errors, which eliminates the additional cost of re-analyzing a batch of samples.
The SM-48 takes up very little space and can be installed next to the spectrometer without interfering with further work.

The carousel, rotary mechanism and sampler are made of completely chemically inert materials fluoroethylene (fluorine plastics) and carbon fiber (carbon fiber).
Removable carousel allows preloading of samples and standards and its subsequent installation on the instrument.
